Hidde de Brabander is a pastry chef with experience at the highest level. He has worked for several starred restaurants, was a judge on the SBS programme Bake My Day and had a regular column in delicious. for a whole year. Hidde has also followed a training for Expert Ice Cream Making at the IJscentrum, the Dutch training institute for artisan ice cream makers, of which he has also been manager since 2020.
